===== How it works =====
The event lasts 24 hours and takes place every two weeks.

Instant Victory: The first commander and his alliance to successfully occupy and hold the Tech Center for 8 consecutive hours. Zenith.
If no one succeeds, the winner will be the one who occupies the techno center the longest. Zenith.

Commanders can perform a war relocation to a foreign [[en:pns:state|state]]. They can then only attack and spy on what is in the wasteland (the gray area in the middle of the map - [[en:pns:map:wasteland]]). Being defeated in this area will result in a relocation to the original [[en:pns:state|state]].

When the center is occupied by an alliance other than a turret, the turret will continuously attack the techno center to inflict heavy damage on the defending troops, causing many deaths.
The turret attack is immune to shields.

When a commander occupies the Zenith Techno Center of another state and the Zenith Techno Center of his home state is not occupied by a foreign state, it will be protected by a shield.

During each war three states are selected to fight each other.
