Characters and alliances are splitted into states.

Each state has the same map. Resources are richer at the center of the map.

In some events like Valiant conquest, players of differents states can fight each other to become the leader of a state.

Each state can have zero or one governor. Younger states don't have it.

New states are regularly created.
